Shipping & Delivery offers shipping via UPS for domestic delivery and international delivery. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours (Monday thru Friday). Please provide complete billing and shipping information so as to avoid a possible delay in the delivery of your package. Overnight orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 10:30 a.m. PST. Overnight orders placed on Friday will arrive the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday excluding holidays. Please note: International shipments are subject to all applicable customs costs and restrictions.

Domestic orders shipped via UPS should arrive within 3-10 business days. Packages can be shipped Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select or Ground within the continental United States for an additional charge. At this time, we do not offer weekend delivery service. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at the checkout page for the type of shipping you choose. Upon our delivery of the ordered merchandise to the carrier, the risk of loss of such merchandise passes to you.

Domestic Delivery Options: UPS Next Day Air® - Guaranteed overnight delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of the next business day depending on destination; UPS 2nd Day Air® - Guaranteed delivery to every address in the 50 states (excluding intra-Alaska shipments) and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day; UPS 3 Day Select® - Guaranteed delivery within three business days to and from every address in the 48 contiguous states; and UPS Ground - Guaranteed day-definite delivery to every address in the U.S. 50 states and Puerto Rico

Returns & Exchanges

At HadleyStilwell, we strive for the highest quality merchandise and customer service. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Note that sale items cannot be returned for a refund but they can be exchanged for a different size or color. Please contact customer service at 1-888-872-9885 or at to arrange exchanges on sale items.

To ship a return, affix the return shipping label to outside of box. Include in the package the unworn merchandise with all original tags and the order receipt. Please keep a copy of the receipt for your records. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed with tickets attached and accompanied by the original receipt.

Your return will be processed within one week of receipt of the package. An email notification will be sent to you when your return has been processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

You may exchange your item for a different style or size. If your exchanged item is of greater value than the original item, then your original credit card will be charged the difference. If your exchanged item is of lesser value, your card will be credited for the difference

Order Changes/Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please e-mail Customer Service at or call 1-888-872-9885 as soon as possible. However, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy above and return your purchase once you have received it.

Forms of Payment and Tax

HadleyStilwell accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card.

HadleyStilwell’s online store is required by law to charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to Washington State only. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects an estimation of taxes. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may differ from the initial tax estimate, and will be adjusted accordingly.

Order Confirmation and Status

Upon placing your order with HadleyStilwell, you will receive the following confirmation e-mails: When your order is received, when your order is shipped, and when your order is cancelled.

If you are a registered shopper, you can quickly check the status for any Internet or phone order by logging into your account (link is located at the top of every page on the site).

Tracking Your Shipment

As soon as your order is billed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with information on how to get your shipment and tracking details. To track your order please visit our website and click on the order status link. You will be able to get your UPS tracking number by logging into your HadleyStilwell account and clicking on your order number. You should be able to click directly on that number and go right to the UPS tracking site, but you can also enter that number at to check status of your online order. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated on the shipping carrier’s site.

Out of Stock Items

While we make every effort not to be out of stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will immediately notify you by phone or e-mail. Any out-of-stock items will be removed from your order total and will be reflected in your shipping confirmation email (if you have provided an email address).
